The training session will be based upon the concept of a non-stop run catering for different paces. The group will follow one of the following routes, as selected by the run leader. Those running at 8 minute mile pace or faster will form a lead group and those running closer to 9 minute mile pace will follow the same route but at an easier pace. Anyone who sets off at the faster pace will always have the option to drop back and join the second group should they need to. All the routes also have options to reduce the distance.
