Thursday Run

Thursday night training aims to complement the sessions offered on a Tuesday and a Sunday and provide some further structure to training.

These runs will vary between 5-8 miles depending on group ability and the session on offer.  The sessions will vary on a week to week basis depending who is leading them and will include a variety of tempo, interval, steady state or structured workouts both on and off road.

We meet as usual at the squash club in Heswall.
