Thursday Run

Thursday night training aims to complement the sessions offered on a Tuesday and a Sunday and provide some further structure to training.

These runs will always be continuous and vary between 5-8 miles depending on group ability and the session on offer.  The sessions will vary on a week to week basis depending who is leading them and will include a variety of tempo, interval, steady state or structured workouts both on and off road.

We usually meet at the squash club in Heswall, but particularly during the summer we may meet and run from elsewhere, therefore we recommend you check the club Facebook page or contact us for the latest details.
