First claim runners only to race for clubs. Guest runners may race but must not wear a Club vest nor go past the finish.

Pensby Runners have been regular members of the North-West Cross Country League with about six of the League hosting a race of their own. Pensby host their race in Arrowe Park roughly on the site of a National Cross Country Championship course. The races are held over a period before and after the Christmas holiday.
