First Cross-Country Race

CLARKE GARDENS, LIVERPOOL, SUNDAY 1st NOVEMBER, 10.00 a.m.
The first cross-country race of the new season is rapidly approaching. We would like as many Pensby members as possible to represent the club. If you have never tried it before just come along and have a go. Just a few simple rules:
1. The rules of the league demand that only first claim members count. Others can run as guests but should not go through the finish.
2. Club vests must be worn.
3. We need at least 6 men and 3 women to finish two A teams, but there is a league for B teams so 12 men and 6 woman would be brilliant, but probably wishful thinking!
4. Smile as you cross the line, knowing that you have been a vital part of the Pensby team.
Still not tempted then see here for reasons to give it a go:

We shall meet, for car sharing purposes, in the car park of B&Q, Bidston, at 8.40 a.m. for an 8.45 a.m. departure. It would be helpful if you could let me know if you intend to run. If you require any further information you can contact me on 0151 342 3463, 07773 260775 or xc@pensbyrunners.co.uk
